Performance Pickleball is more than just a place to play. Our main focus is on offering a wide range of unmatched programs. But to everyone’s delight, when our courts aren’t in use for these programs, we open them up for court bookings!
When you book anything with Performance Group—whether it’s a court, event, lesson, program, session, or workshop—you’re basically saying: “Yes! I’ve read the rules, I agree to them, and everyone playing with me will follow them too.”
As the Club User/Hirer, you’re in charge of your people. This means you’re responsible for making sure:
Everyone in your group has an active membership and has read and agreed to our membership agreement
Everyone knows and follows the club rules
Everyone checks in with their membership code before stepping onto the court
If someone in your group doesn’t like the rules, that’s totally fine— …but they shouldn’t enter, play, or participate. Easy!
These rules exist so everyone can have a safe, fair, and awesome time here. But if anyone (yep, including someone in your squad) breaks the agreement or ruins the experience for others, both they and the Club User/Hirer can receive an immediate suspension and a permanent ban from all Performance Group clubs, programs, events, and brands.
So play fair, play safe, and keep the vibes good.

Yes! Performance Pickleball is a private, members-only club, which means every player must have an active membership to step onto the court.
But don’t worry—signing up is quick, easy, and totally free through our app!
This helps us with accountability, safety, and ensuring everyone has signed our waiver and agreed to our house rules.
👉 If you’re booking the court, it's your responsibility to make sure all your players are signed up and have accepted our terms. 👉 On arrival, every player must scan their membership QR code at the front desk before entering the facility.

👉 What does this mean for you (especially if you’re the one booking the court)?
The Court Hirer = The Responsible Party
If you book the court, you’re officially the “Club User/Hirer.”
This means you're responsible for making sure:
✔️ Everyone in your group has an active membership
✔️ Everyone has read and agreed to our rules
✔️ Everyone checks in with their own membership QR code at the front desk. No membership = no entry, no exceptions.
If someone enters or plays without signing the waiver, the Court Hirer automatically accepts the waiver on their behalf.
(So… best to make sure they’ve done it themselves! 😅)
👉 No booking / checking in under someone else’s / duplicate accounts
Using a friend’s account, creating duplicate accounts, sneaking in without checking in — all of these break our membership agreement. Because this is a matter of safety, accountability, and respecting the rules, any use of a false identity, duplicate account, shared account, or failure to check in will result in immediate suspension and a permanent ban for both the offending player and the Court Hirer who invited them. We really don’t want to do this — so please help us keep things clean and fair!
👉 Only personal recreational play is allowed
Outside of official Performance Pickleball programs, courts are for personal play only. Commercial sessions, external coaching, paid classes, or running sessions through platforms like Reclub are strictly not allowed.
These rules help keep our space safe, fair, and enjoyable for all players.
We love our community and want you to have the best experience possible — thanks for helping us keep the vibes strong and the courts drama-free! ✨
We get it—kids under 18 might not have phones or their own accounts, and that’s totally fine!
Children under 18 can enter and use the facility without checking in, as long as they’re accompanied by an adult who made the booking.
That adult will be responsible for the child’s behaviour and safety while at the club, and the child will be tagged under their membership for accountability.
We’re glad you asked—because pickleball never sleeps (well, almost never).
Our courts are generally open for booking:
Weekdays: 9:00 AM – 12:00 AM
Weekends: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM

Usage
Courts at Performance Group are strictly for personal recreational play only—think fun, not business. Commercial, conflicting, paid, unauthorised activities (yes, that includes Reclub or similar platforms) are strictly off-limits. For the full details, check our Club Rules & Usage Guidelines in the Membership Agreement.
Booking:
All courts must be booked in advance through the app. You can see real-time availability and reserve your slot there. Walk-ins are not allowed—ever. Plan ahead, stay organised, and don’t try to sneak in!
Play nice:
Everyone is expected to follow the rules and keep the session enjoyable for all. Anyone disrupting play or ignoring the rules may be removed without a refund, and in serious cases, both the offender and the Court User/Hirer can face a permanent ban from all Performance Group programs and facilities.
No tricks:
Using a false identity, someone else’s account, or duplicate accounts is strictly forbidden. Anyone caught doing this—and the Court User/Hirer responsible—will face immediate suspension and permanent ban, and the booking will be cancelled with no refund. By booking, you confirm that you’re using your own account, respecting booking limits, and following all rules.
Read before you play, play only if you agree:
Before booking or arriving, make sure you’ve read and understood all rules, terms, and cancellation policies. By booking a court or turning up to play, you’re confirming you’re on board with all the rules.

When you book a court at Performance Group, you’re in charge of everyone in your booking!
Here’s what that looks like:
Check membership: Make sure everyone has an active membership and knows and agrees to our rules, safety policies, and club requirements. ✅
Check-in required: Everyone must check in at the front desk before stepping on court. No sneaky sidesteps!
Point of Contact : As the court booker, you are the point of contact for any changes or updates, including weather-related updates. It is your responsibility to ensure that your app always displays your correct WhatsApp number so our team can reach you. If the number is incorrect or missing, we will not be able to provide you with important updates.
Stay on deck: The Court Hirer must be present for the whole session. If you can’t make it, give us a heads-up on WhatsApp +65 88912037 with the name of the new designated Court Hirer. That person then takes over responsibility for the session and all participants.
Keep your crew in check: Any rule-breaking will fall on the Court Hirer. Both the Hirer and anyone misbehaving could face immediate suspension and a permanent ban from all Performance Group clubs, programs, and events.

Each court booking covers up to 8 people / court. Got more joining your crew? No problem! It’s just $10 per additional person per hour. You can add extra people easily through our app when you reserve your slot. Note: Non-players and/or children who are coming for the booking also count toward the total headcount.
If plans change and friends join last-minute, you can also top up on the day of play— All we ask is: let us know at check-in if you’ve got more than 8 people so we don’t have to run around mid-game chasing you for head counts 🙃. That way, you play more, we chase less—win-win!
Only 4 players are allowed on the court at any given time for safety reasons.
The rest of your crew can:
Chill in the on-court waiting area
Or relax in the lounge area while waiting their turn

🚨 Reminder: Our facility is for members only, and that includes everyone on the court. But don’t worry—our Starter membership is completely free and easy to sign up for through our app. It’s the court booker’s responsibility to ensure that all players:

I arrived but the staff isn't here yet.
Sometimes our team arrives and open early as a courtesy 😎, but this is a perk, not a right. Please don’t try to be a ninja 🥷—no unlocking doors or going through unauthorised areas.
When can I actually play? Only during your booked session ⏰. When your time ends, please vacate promptly, even if no one else is waiting. Same goes for when no one is before you. Anyone caught using the courts without a booking, or playing outside their reserved time (starting early or finishing late ⏰), will get a formal warning ⚠️ and be charged the full hourly rate 💰. Repeat offences may result in a permanent ban from our club.
That court looks empty… can I just jump in? Sorry! Empty ≠ free 🚫. If you wish to use it, please book it on the app. Only courts that are explicitly booked can be used. Take note that you can only book a court up to the hour before your session starts. Example: If you want to play 10:00–11:00, you must book before 10:00 (by 9:59 at the latest!). No walk-ins or manual bookings are allowed. All bookings must be made through the app 📱.
Why all the rules? These rules are here to keep the courts fair and fun for everyone. Our club thrives on honesty, integrity, and respect, and we happily welcome members who share these values 🙌. We don’t allow walk-ins, WhatsApp bookings, or manual checks — it keeps things fair and accurate for everyone, since court availability can change by the minute! ⏰

We want everyone to have a safe, welcoming, and fun experience at our club. Here’s how we make that happen:
Respect Everyone 👋 : Treat staff, coaches, and fellow members with kindness and courtesy. Any rudeness, harassment, intimidation, or disrespect may result in suspension or a permanent ban.
Court Hirer Responsibility 🏷️ : If you booked the court, you’re responsible for your guests. Misbehaviour by your group counts as a breach by the Court Hirer, so please keep everyone in check!
Fair Play & Sportsmanship 🤝 : Play nice! Share the space, and stick to your booked session times.
Keep It Clean & Tidy 🧹: Help us keep courts and common areas clean and tidy. Dispose of litter responsibly and return any borrowed equipment.
Noise & Disruption 🚫 : While we love the energy of a great game, we ask all players to be mindful of noise. Excessive shouting or disruptive behaviour is not allowed—we want everyone to enjoy their game. Especially during late hours, please keep volume low after 10 PM out of respect for others around the facility.
Staff reserve the right to request volume reduction or remove individuals who disregard repeated warnings.
🚫 No Wall Hitting
Strictly no hitting balls against any walls. Please keep your shots on-court.
🏟️ Lost or Stuck Balls
Any balls that land and get stuck on the ledge at Boathouse or Beach Club or are otherwise unretrievable anywhere on the court are considered lost for good. ❌
Do not attempt to retrieve them by climbing, using sticks, or stepping on structures — it’s dangerous and a serious safety violation.
Violators may face fines 💸, bans from all Performance Group facilities ❌, potential reporting to the police if actions are deemed unsafe 👮
👟 Proper Court Footwear Only
All players must wear non-marking sports shoes.
Sandals, FitFlops, casual footwear, bare feet are strictly prohibited. Proper shoes protect the court surface and prevent damage.
If your shoes leave marks, scuff, or stain the court, you must stop play immediately.
Any damage caused by improper footwear will be charged to the responsible player.
Unauthorised coaching is strictly forbidden—paid or unpaid.
No ball baskets, training aids, or ball machines without prior authorisation.
Violations have serious consequences: immediate termination of your booking with no refund, a $1000 penalty fee, and a permanent ban from all Performance Group facilities, programs, and events.
These rules exist to protect player safety, ensure fair use of courts, and maintain the professional standard of coaching at our club.

To keep our courts clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone:
🚫 No outside food or drinks during regular court bookings. Only plain water and 100 Plus Zero are allowed.
🥤 Drinks are available for purchase at the club.
🍴 Want to enjoy food during your session? Book a private or corporate event through our official channels — we’ll provide dedicated F&B guidelines to make your celebration smooth and enjoyable.

🍻 But if you're planning an event with us (corporate, birthday, team outing, etc.), you can absolutely have food—and yes, even booze! Just make a booking through our corporate/event booking, and we’ll help you put together a properly hosted celebration with the right setup, catering, and drinks.
Regular court bookings are for personal recreational use only. Commercial, conflicting, paid activities are strictly prohibited as well.

Entry-Level Paddle: $5 (Retails at <$100)

If you know you’ll be renting paddles, please add the rental option in the app when making your booking. It’s free to indicate—we’ll handle payment and help you choose your paddle or equipment when you arrive.
Forgot to add it? Don’t panic. Just let our staff know on site and they’ll take care of it for you.
Please remember: All rental equipment must be returned in good condition. This helps us keep our gear in great shape for everyone to enjoy and ensures fair use across all players.
Lost or unrecoverable balls (including ones hit onto the upper ledge) will be charged at $2 per ball.
Damaged paddles beyond normal wear and tear may incur repair or replacement fees.

This is a private space with its own membership, entry pass, and fees.
Access only with a valid membership or pass — no exceptions!

Cancellation Policy for Starter Members
We’re excited to have you on court—but once a booking is made, it’s considered final. As a Starter Member, please note that court and program bookings are non-cancellable and non-reschedulable, so double-check those plans and all details before hitting “book”!
Can't make it? No worries, you can pass the fun along! If you’re unable to attend, you’re welcome to transfer your booking to another member. Just WhatsApp us at +65 8891 2037 with their full name and membership email, and we’ll get it sorted for you.
Absolute last resort : Cancelling :( If you really have to cancel, drop us a WhatsApp at +65 8891 2037. While we can’t offer a full refund, we may be able to offer a small token refund to your account credits to help soften the blow:
More than 1 week in advance – Up to 20% refund
More than 72 hours in advance – Up to 10% refund
Less than 72 hours – No refund, sorry! :(

We kindly ask that you don’t request exceptions, as it makes things difficult for our team and unfair to other members who follow the same policy. We honestly dislike having to say “no,” so thank you for helping us keep things fair for everyone.
If you can’t make it, the best way to avoid losing your booking is to pass it on to another member. That way, your slot still gets enjoyed and nothing goes to waste. We really appreciate your understanding and cooperation in keeping the experience smooth for all.
Can I change courts for the same time, date, and location?
If you’d like to change to a different court while keeping the same time, date, and location, we’ll do our best to assist. However, such changes are subject to court availability and our team’s bandwidth at the time of your request. Please make these requests in advance, as we may not always be able to accommodate last-minute changes. Performance Pickleball cannot be held responsible if we’re unable to process the switch. To avoid issues, we strongly recommend double-checking your court selection before confirming your booking. Kindly note that this flexibility only applies to court changes within the same time, date, and location. Requests involving cancellations, time changes, date changes, or location changes are not permitted, in accordance with our cancellation and rescheduling policy.
When a court slot is fully booked (shown in red), you can still join the waitlist for that time. No payment is taken — you’re simply asking to be notified when someone cancels. If a cancellation happens, the app will automatically notify everyone on the waitlist. From there, it’s a first-come, first-served dash — whoever books it first gets the court! 🏃💨

If you pick a red slot, the app will notify you that the court is unavailable and give you the option to join the waitlist.
Once you confirm, you’ll automatically be added — simple as that!
🔔 How will I get notified?
If someone cancels, the app will instantly notify everyone on the waitlist via email that the slot is now open. From there, it’s first come, first served — whoever books it first gets the court. You’ll need to book it again like a normal booking.
😅 I didn’t get any notification! When will I be informed if I get the slot or not?
You’ll only be notified if someone with that court booking cancels. If no one cancels, you won’t receive any notification — it simply means the slot stayed taken. Since cancellations are unpredictable and totally depend on the players who currently hold the booking, there’s no set time or guarantee for when (or if) you’ll get notified. If you really need a court, it’s best to grab an available slot (in black) instead of waiting on a waitlisted one (in red) — better to lock something in than wait and miss out! 💪
🏃 I got a notification but when I checked, the slot was taken!
That means someone else got there faster — sorry! Waitlist notifications go out to everyone at the same time, so the court goes to whoever books it first.
By booking or stepping onto any Performance Pickleball court, you agree that Mother Nature might have her say! 🌦️
Sometimes, rain or other environmental factors can make courts unplayable.
If that happens, our Weather Policy kicks in to keep things fair and safe.
1. How do we handle bad weather? If we expect the court to be unplayable due to rain, lightning, or wet conditions, we’ll notify you approximately 1 hour before your booking time. This is to help you avoid a wasted trip. That said, as we all know, the weather is beyond anyone’s control. In the event of rain or unforeseen disruptions, here's how refunds to account credits will apply:
If your hour is cut short and cannot resume:
⏱ < 15 minutes played → 🟢 Full refund in credits
⏱ 15–30 minutes played → 🟡 50% refund in credits
⏱ > 30 minutes played → 🔴 No refund
If play is paused but resumes later:
⏸ Pause < 30 minutes (i.e. >30 min of play) → 🔴 No refund
⏸ Pause 30–45 minutes (i.e. 15–30 min of play) → 🟡 50% refund in credits
⏸ Pause > 45 minutes (i.e. <15 min of play) → 🟢 Full refund in credits
👉 Please wait for our update — We kindly ask that you avoid messaging us several hours in advance, as this makes it harder for us to manage real-time conditions effectively.
2. What if the rain stops but the court is still wet? If the rain has stopped but the court remains wet, we won’t force you to play. We’ll send you a heads-up about the court conditions, and you can decide whether to proceed or not. If you choose not to play due to wet conditions, a refund to account credits will be issued as per our rain policy:
If you cancel an hour before your session when we send the text or before your session begins, a full credit refund will be issued.

3. What if it starts raining during my session? If rain begins mid-session, our standard rain policy will apply.
4. What if it's raining before my session?
If we expect the court to be unplayable due to rain, lightning, or wet conditions, we’ll notify you approximately 1 hour before your booking time.
5. Can I cancel in advance if it’s been raining all day?
We evaluate court conditions hourly, not by the day.
For example, if your booking is at 8 PM, we will provide an update around 7 PM.
If at 3 PM you decide to make alternative plans as you are sure the rain won't stop, that’s your choice.
However, if by 7 PM the court is playable (dry courts and rain-free), the booking will not be refunded.
If the court turns out to be unplayable at 7 PM as you predicted, then you can cancel when the update is sent, and a credit refund will be issued.

As the court booker, you are the point of contact for any changes or updates, including weather-related updates. It is your responsibility to ensure that your app always displays your correct WhatsApp number so our team can reach you. If the number is incorrect or missing, we will not be able to provide you with important updates.
Q : 🏟 Does this apply to Performance Pickleball (Boathouse), even though it’s indoor-sheltered?
A : Yes! What makes Performance Pickleball (Boathouse) truly special is its soaring 30-metre-high ceiling and open-sided design, allowing for fresh air, excellent ventilation, and natural light—creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for play. That’s why we proudly brand ourselves as 90% weather-proof—our unique setup handles most weather conditions with ease. On the rare occasion of strong winds and heavy downpour, light drizzle may drift in, but play / lessons typically continue without disruption. In the rare 10% instance where rain does come in to the extent that the coach / staff deems the court unplayable or unsafe, the same rain policy will apply.
As a Starter Member (free membership tier!), you get to book 2 hours a day and 8 hours a week of court time. Want to squeeze in more? Easy—just ask a buddy who’s also coming down to make the extra booking. (Quick reminder: the person who books the court has to be present!)
👥 How many friends can play?
Each court booking covers up to 8 players. Got more joining your crew? No problem! It’s just $10 per additional person per hour. You can add extra players easily through our app when you reserve your slot.
If plans change and friends join last-minute, you can also top up on the day of play— All we ask is: let us know at check-in if you’ve got more than 8 people so we don’t have to run around mid-game chasing you for head counts 🙃. That way, you play more, we chase less—win-win!
Yes! By entering any Performance Pickleball location or participating in activities, you agree to play at your own risk and take full responsibility for your own safety. 🎾 Pickleball is fun, but it’s a sport—and like any sport, there are inherent risks, including injury, illness, or worse. Always play within your abilities and control.
Please note: there is no certified first aider on-site, so we strongly recommend all players have their own personal accident or sports insurance. 🏥
All waiver, privacy policy, and terms & conditions are clearly outlined in our membership agreement, which all players are required to sign before playing.

Yes! We’re a community-driven club, and keeping our space clean helps everyone enjoy it more. After your session, just follow these simple steps:
✅ Return all tables and chairs to where you found them
♻️ Recycle empty bottles in the recycling bins - yes we have one near our shelf :)
🗑️ Throw all other trash in the outdoor bins provided

Only the person making the booking needs an account to reserve the court 🗓️. Your friends don’t need to be added, but they’ll each need to create an account before coming so they can check in smoothly, if not they will be denied entry! ✅
The receipt is automatically generated by the booking system.
To access it in the app:
Go to your Profile (bottom right).
Tap Settings (top right, next to your membership QR code).
Select Payments > Payment History.
Choose the relevant booking — the full receipt should load from there.
