To preface things, I am someone who has trauma from overzealous swim coaches, math tutors and fitness trainers and generally fitness classes... So why did I feel like I HAD to leave a testimonial this time? The saying goes: those who can't do, teach. But what happens when you get world class players who have also managed to distill their knowledge into a crystal clear introductory class?
Pickleball 101, that's what.
The class is structured in such a way even an idiot with zero hand eye coordination (Hi!) can be onboarded and start playing... the VERY SAME DAY... without any fear or dread of repetitive drills.. (this doesn't mean you wont be hammered on the basics. Spoiler: you will!) BUT in an engaging way that results in you learning how to play the game EFFICIENTLY.

If you’re looking to pick up the sport and with the confidence to get a game going then you can’t go wrong with Performance. The coaching is concise, covers the important basics and the group size is ideal for you to rotate between players and yet have lots of on-court practice. The wife and I had a blast. And she bought her own paddle right 101 cos she had time to try a million paddles during the course as well!
