No problem! Once you’ve completed your minimum 3-cycle commitment, you can terminate your enrolment no questions asked, as long as you notify us at least 10 days before the last class of your current cycle. For example, if your last class of the cycle is 30/1, please let us know by 20/1 to cancel before the next cycle begins. If you cancel within 10 days of your last class, your enrolment will be terminated after the new cycle starts. Please note that any early termination before completing 3 cycles will still be charged for the minimum 3-cycle commitment.

No, enrolment is designed to promote regular attendance and ensure proper planning and programming of classes. Therefore, sharing is not allowed. However, you are welcome to sign up with a friend!

Every class should have a minimum of 2 attendees registered before class is able to proceed. Should there be only 2 participants, 1h classes will proceed as per normal while 2h classes will be reduced to 1 hour and conducted as a pair class. Should you be the only one enrolled for the class, the class will be automatically cancelled by court reserve and we will extend your cycle by one week. This way, you won’t need to worry about finding a make-up class since it was a cancellation due to low numbers. However, should you wish to makeup for that class on another day that week, the cycle will continue as per normal. All our classes will cater up to a maximum of 12 players on 2 courts. This allows us to maximise both learning and rest time through rotations while allowing everyone to play against different players. This applies for both adult group classes and junior group classes.

Enrollment necessitates that one attends a specific class as regularly as possible. Coaches have put in the time to programme sessions a certain way to maximise progress. Should one be deemed as abusing the enrolment to attend many different classes without honouring their regular class commitment, the enrolment will cease immediately.

Yes, we are a members-only club, and all facility users—whether using the court for a regular court booking, attending a program, or joining a class—must be members. Don't worry as we have a basic dinker membership tier that is free. All participants are subject to the club’s terms and conditions, including adherence to policies, safety regulations, and conduct guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone. For enrollment, scheduling is managed through the member app as well.

Yes, after completing Pickleball 101, you are welcome to enrol in our Beginner Development classes. Pickleball 101 serves as a prerequisite, ensuring that all participants have a strong, standardised foundation of skills and knowledge developed through our teaching approach. Since you've done it (as long as you remember what you've learnt of course! 😂), you're good to enrol group classes!

We've encountered players who have been playing or learning elsewhere for months or even a year, yet unfortunately struggle keeping up even in our beginner development group classes due to gaps in their foundational knowledge. To ensure a positive experience for everyone—both you, your fellow students and our team—we require you to complete Pickleball 101 first. This program acts as a prerequisite, ensuring that all participants have a solid, standardised foundation of skills and knowledge based on our teaching approach. This protocol maintains controlled levels in all group classes, preventing disruptions and enabling effective progress. It guarantees that every lesson is productive. And of course, if you choose to enrol regularly, you can rest assured that we will always have such protocol to ensure the best experience for you. Moreover, this process helps prevent you from feeling lost or confused during class, saving time for both you, the coach, and the other students. Most importantly, we’ve found that all students—regardless of previous experience—who complete Pickleball 101 develop a much stronger foundation, leading to faster improvement in the long run :)

Enrolling in intermediate classes are subject to approval. If we are familiar with you, have approved your participation in intermediate sessions before, or if your DUPR rating is 3.5 (with a reliability rating or >80%) or higher, you're likely eligible to enrol for Intermediate classes. If we are unfamiliar with you, it can be difficult for us to assess your level, as terms like "intermediate" can be interpreted differently, and we can’t fully gauge your abilities through a message alone. In this case, we will likely ask you to attend a beginner development class first for us to evaluate your skills. This helps us avoid disruptions in the intermediate class due to potential gaps in skill or knowledge. However, even in a beginner development class, you will still gain valuable insights, and since all participants have completed Pickleball 101, our beginner classes maintain a higher, more consistent skill level than typical beginner sessions. Once your level is appropriate, our coach will move you up to the intermediate class.

We completely understand your request! We know that you may prefer to skip the Pickleball 101 before joining beginner classes, or the beginner class assessment before joining intermediate classes. However, as we don’t have a way to properly gauge your level without prior experience with you, it can be challenging for us to confidently approve your enrolment in these classes. But here’s what you can do to help us better understand your skill level: 1. Send us a video of a match you've played! This will give us a clearer idea of your abilities. 2. If you’ve played with someone who is already enrolled in our classes and is familiar with our levels and structure, ask them to vouch for your skill level. 1. How do we handle bad weather? If we expect the court to be unplayable due to rain, lightning, or wet conditions, we’ll notify you approximately 1 hour before your booking time. This is to help you avoid a wasted trip. That said, as we all know, the weather is beyond anyone’s control. What makes Performance Pickleball (Boathouse) truly special is its soaring 30-metre-high ceiling and open-sided design, allowing for fresh air, excellent ventilation, and natural light—creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for play. That’s why we proudly brand ourselves as 90% weather-proof—our unique setup handles most weather conditions with ease. On the rare occasion of strong winds and heavy downpour, light drizzle may drift in, but play / lessons typically continue without disruption. In the rare 10% instance where rain does come in to the extent that the coach / staff deems the court unplayable or unsafe, the same rain policy will apply. Weather Contingency for Beach Club Lessons Please note that at our Beach Club location, weather conditions can occasionally be unpredictable. In the event of rain, we may secure Changi Beach Club’s badminton courts. While it is an additional cost to us, we do so to minimise cancellations, avoid wasted trips, and ensure program continuity and player progress. The use of the badminton court is subject to availability, as it is not part of our facility and cannot be guaranteed. By enrolling in or attending Beach Club group or private lessons, you acknowledge and agree that: • If it rains and we are able to secure the badminton court, the class or lesson will proceed there instead of being cancelled or rescheduled. • If the badminton court is not available, our regular rain policy will apply. We appreciate your understanding as we make these arrangements in good faith to deliver consistency and value to your training experience.
