For our private lessons, we highly recommend enrolment. Enrolling ensures that your weekly slot is guaranteed without the need to constantly rebook and fight with others for a lesson slot. It’s a hassle-free way to stay committed to your training while also enjoying discounted rates compared to paying per session or in a 10 lesson package. Enrolment allows our program directors and coaches to plan lessons more effectively, ensuring smoother progression for you as well. It’s the best option if you’re looking for consistency, convenience, and cost savings in your pickleball journey.
We totally understand that plans can change — life happens! 🌿 That’s why we offer a few flexible options if you can’t make it for your enrolled class. To help us plan smoothly, you would need to let us know at least 72 hours in advance.
Here’s what you can do:
Make-up Class: Missed a class? No worries! We can schedule a make up session within the same week, the week before, or the week after. Not sure what’s available? Just reach out to us — we’ll be happy to help you schedule a make-up session.
Banked Class: If you know you’ll be freer in a future month (say, February), you can bank your missed class and use them later for an extra session. This works like a make-up, just at a later time! Do note that once your enrolment ends, any unused banked hours will no longer be valid.
Pause Enrolment: Heading overseas or busy with work? You can pause your enrolment. You are allowed two pauses per 3 cycles, each lasting 1–2 weeks. If you’ll be away for longer (like a month), you can combine two pauses to cover up to 4 weeks.
For last-minute cancellations (under 72 hours), we kindly ask for a medical certificate (MC). Without one, the lesson will be counted and charged as part of your enrolment.
For 10 lesson package
The commitment is 10 lessons. The 10 lessons will be pre-scheduled and agreed on when you are purchasing the lessons.
For enrolment
A minimum commitment of 3 cycles is required, with each cycle consisting of 4 classes.
We’ve made enrolment more affordable to encourage commitment — it not only leads to better results but also helps us plan lessons effectively. By enrolling, you enjoy cost savings, convenience, and a secured spot, as we reserve your place by turning away others.
When you enrol, we ask that you honour the minimum commitment to be fair to our team and fellow students who also commit. If you’re unable to commit or anticipate difficulty in committing, this program may not be the right fit.
Please note that any early termination before completing 3 cycles will still be charged for the minimum 3-cycle commitment.
No problem! Once you’ve completed your minimum 3-cycle commitment, you can terminate your enrolment no questions asked, as long as you notify us at least 10 days before the last class of your current cycle.
For example, if your last class of the cycle is 30/1, please let us know by 20/1 to cancel before the next cycle begins. If you cancel within 10 days of your last class, your enrolment will be terminated after the new cycle starts.
Please note that any early termination before completing 3 cycles will still be charged for the minimum 3-cycle commitment.

In the event a class is canceled due to a private event or if the coach is unable to make it, we will extend your cycle by one week. This way, you won’t need to worry about finding a make-up class since it was a cancellation by us. However, should you wish to makeup for that class on another day that week, the cycle will continue as per normal.
Yes, we are a members-only club, and all facility users—whether using the court for a regular court booking, attending a program, or joining a class—must be members. Don't worry, Starter Membership is free! All participants are subject to the club’s terms and conditions, including adherence to policies, safety regulations, and conduct guidelines to ensure a positive experience for everyone. For all lessons, scheduling is managed through our Performance Pickleball app as well.
1. How do we handle bad weather?
If we expect the court to be unplayable due to rain, lightning, or wet conditions, we’ll notify you approximately 1 hour before your booking time. This is to help you avoid a wasted trip. That said, as we all know, the weather is beyond anyone’s control. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or weather disruptions, the following cancellation policies will apply:
If the class/lesson is cut short and cannot resume:
⏱ <25% of the session completed → 🟢 Free pause or make-up session
⏱ 25–50% of the session completed → 🟡 50% credits awarded based on session value (e.g. $120 credit if you're paying $240 per session)
⏱ > 50% of the session completed → 🔴 Session is counted in full
Likewise, if a class/lesson is paused due to rain but resumes:
⏸ Pause >75% of the session (i.e. <25% of the session completed) → 🟢 Free pause or make-up session
⏸ Pause 50-75% of the session (i.e. 25–50% of the session completed) → 🟡 50% credits awarded based on session value (e.g. $120 credit if you're paying $240 per session)
⏸ Pause <50% of the session (i.e. >50% of the session completed) → 🔴 Lesson is counted in full
👉 Please wait for our update — We kindly ask that you avoid messaging us several hours in advance, as this makes it harder for us to manage real-time conditions effectively.
2. What if it starts raining during my session?
If rain begins mid-session, the rain policy will apply.
3. What if it's raining before my session?
If we expect the court to be unplayable due to rain, lightning, or wet conditions, we’ll notify you approximately 1 hour before your booking time.
4. Can I cancel my class in advance if it’s been raining all day?
We evaluate court conditions hourly, not by the day.
For example, if your lesson is at 8 PM, we will provide an update around 7 PM.
If at 3 PM you decide to make alternative plans as you are sure the rain won't stop, that’s your choice. However, if by 7 PM the court is playable (dry courts and rain-free), the class will be counted as per usual. If the court turns out to be unplayable at 7 PM as you predicted, then you can follow the instructions when the update is sent.
✅ Important:
Please make sure your phone number in the app is correct and reachable via WhatsApp. This is how we will contact you for any updates.
Q : 🏟 Does this apply to Performance Pickleball (Boathouse), even though it’s indoor-sheltered?
A : Yes! What makes Performance Pickleball (Boathouse) truly special is its soaring 30-metre-high ceiling and open-sided design, allowing for fresh air, excellent ventilation, and natural light—creating a one-of-a-kind atmosphere for play. That’s why we proudly brand ourselves as 90% weather-proof—our unique setup handles most weather conditions with ease. On the rare occasion of strong winds and heavy downpour, light drizzle may drift in, but play / lessons typically continue without disruption. In the rare 10% instance where rain does come in to the extent that the coach / staff deems the court unplayable or unsafe, the same rain policy will apply.
