Tennis was our first love. It’s the sport that raised us, challenged us, and shaped who we are. Through Tennis Maverick, we’ve trained over 500 players — from casual beginners to national competitors. Now, under Performance Tennis, we bring the same heart, grit, and coaching excellence to a new era of tennis performance — built on the belief that everyone deserves a place to chase better.

Long before cold plunging went mainstream, it was already a ritual for us since few years back — our way to reset, stay sharp, and recover. Believe it or not, we originally planned to include cold plunges at our Boathouse location — we even had the curtain poles and posters ready to go, but we didn't have the time to back then. With Performance Plunge, that vision finally comes to life — not just as a space to recover, but a sanctuary to reset. It's where sweat meets stillness, and where you don’t just cool down — you come back stronger. Built for athletes, thinkers, movers, and anyone seeking clarity, Plunge is your reset button. A place to pause with purpose, recharge your body, sharpen your mind, and reclaim your energy — socially, safely, and intentionally.
